Ongoing Support

 

Ascension Group delivers implementation and support services from one unified team. This not only ensures a seamless transition from go-live, but also ensures our clients get the best resource possible for their specific support need.

In our effort to make support personal yet trackable, our clients may e-mail any of our team members directly for support while also copying our e-mail support system at Support@TheAscension.Group . This allows our customers to connect quickly with our team while still providing Ascension the ability to track and reroute the support need based on severity and availability.

The Ascension Group bills support on a time & material basis and does not require the client to purchase a support contract. Support hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in your time zone. After hours and weekend/holiday support is available at an increased rate.

ERP Upgrades

 

For many Microsoft Dynamics NAV customers, the decision on how to proceed with an upgrade to Business Central is the next major milestone in their technology roadmap.

The Ascension Group helps clients navigate this milestone by helping them understand the functional and technical improvements and changes and what those impacts will be to the business. We also strongly recommend we use this event to revisit business processes and implement relevant best practices.

The move to Business Central is also often a time to visit whether or not its time to move from on premise environment to the cloud. The Ascension Group evaluates every client on an individual basis when making its cloud migration recommendations.

Training and Technology Enhancements

 

As organizations grow or have employee turnover, they may soon find themselves with a team that wasn’t present at the original ERP implementation. The Ascension Group offers a number of tailored remote and on-site training options to keep your team sharp.

The Ascension Group also helps clients with new technology enhancements. These could be additional modules that your organization already owns but never implemented or a Microsoft certified add-on solution to extend the capabilities of your ERP.
